ANTIGUA RESTAURANTS

Antigua Restaurants on the South Coast

La Brasserie, Slipway, English Harbour, Antigua

A superb, French restaurant in a waterfront location.  This family run dining venue serves first class dishes in English Harbour.  The steak was the best I have ever had!

La Brasserie - one of the best Antiguan restaurants I have been to

Pillars, Admiral’s Inn, English Harbour, Antigua

An outdoor dining area overlooking the water.  Book early for a seat by the water’s edge.  Caribbean night is on a Wednesday offering Caribbean food and entertainment in peak season.  Delicious food is served here, specialising in seafood.

South Point, English Harbour, Antigua

A super fine dining restaurant with a choice of 2 menus… a la carte or sushi.  Inspired by Mediterranean, Asian and Middle Eastern cuisine, the food is exquisite and benefits from a Harbourside location.

South Point

Boom, Nelson’s Dockyard, Antigua

A super dining venue with a choice of open air restaurant or eating poolside.  Use of stunning infinity pool with harbour views, hammocks, sun loungers and a spa.

Grace Before Meals,  English Harbour

A wonderful lunchtime restaurant offering great value for money.  Grace Before Meals is popular with locals and tourists alike.  West Indian favourites such as roti, curries and dumplings are served… Grace has been running this restaurant for 30 years.  It is well worth a visit!

Skullduggery, Falmouth Harbour

Skullduggery Cafe, Falmouth Harbour

Skullduggery is a super little cafe directly overlooking Falmouth Harbour.  I loved coming here for breakfast for a good mug of coffee and simple, but enjoyable food.  The views are stunning.  A great place to kick back and relax.

Incanto, English Harbour, Antigua

A family run Italian restaurant overlooking the water.  It was very quiet in July when I went but I imagine it will be busy during the peak season due to its location.

Antigua Restaurants on the West Coast

Hemingways, St Johns, Antigua

A wonderful Caribbean restaurant in the heart of bustling, downtown St Johns.  Dine on a verandah and watch the world go by.

Eating Alone

Dining solo can be a daunting experience to some but to others, a luxury. My first real solo dining experience was actually in Antigua. It wasn’t the greatest experience by any means. However, I learnt what not to do and together with this and other dining experiences, I have a lot of tips under my belt! Click on the link below to read my tips when eating out alone.
