Bed and breakfast accommodation in Cedar Valley, Northern Antigua
Sometimes you want that ‘home from home’ feeling. Staying in a large resort with other tourists has its place, but might not be for you, at least not for your entire stay. If you would like an alternative type of experience while in Antigua, then consider this bed and breakfast accommodation. This comfortable, self catering studio with allocated parking, is located within the grounds of a family home and includes a home cooked breakfast. It is the ideal size to accommodate a single person or a couple.
Nicole’s Table, a cookery school, takes place here, in the family home. I highly recommend signing up to one of the classes if you are staying here for bed and breakfast, they are fantastic!
The studio benefits from its own private courtyard area to the front of the property, complete with table and chairs and is surrounded by vibrant, pink bougainvillea flowers. A nice place to sit with a cocktail, watch the hummingbirds at work and admire the far reaching views over Dickenson Bay.
Entrance to the studio is via its own front door. On entering the accommodation, the kitchen area is to the left and sitting area to the right. To the rear is the bedroom area which is separated from the sitting area by eclectic furniture. A door leads to the good sized shower room.
The Kitchen Area
The kitchen area comprises a sink with drainer, fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, a grill and a selection of crockery and cutlery. Double doors open onto the courtyard so you can enjoy the cool Caribbean breeze.
The sitting area comprises a brightly coloured sofa with cushions, a coffee table, beautiful pictures and plants to give it that homely touch.
The bedroom area consists of a large mahogany double bed with bedside table and lamp.
The good sized bathroom has a built in-closet, fully tiled shower, low level WC and wash handbasin with vanity cupboards beneath.
