If you are heading for lunch or dinner in Antigua, the restaurants are very good quality generally. If you are on an all inclusive plan, you may not feel the need to leave the resort to dine but, if you do, here are some of the ones I have dined at and recommend if you are dining solo.
Pillars, Admiral’s Inn, English Harbour, Antigua
An outdoor dining area overlooking the water. Book early for a seat by the water’s edge. Caribbean night is on a Wednesday offering Caribbean food and entertainment in peak season.
Incanto, English Harbour, Antigua
A family run Italian restaurant overlooking the water. It was very quiet in July when I went but I imagine it will be busy during the peak season due to its location.
Hemingways, St Johns, Antigua
A wonderful Caribbean restaurant in the heart of bustling, downtown St Johns. Dine on a verandah and watch the world go by.
North West Coast
Warri Pier, Dickenson Bay, Antigua
A beautiful restaurant, on stilts in the sea, overlooking Dickenson Bay. Perfect for a relaxed evening watching the sunset.
