All Inclusive Hotels – Advantages

Choosing the right hotel accommodation is an important part of booking your holiday. Depending on the type of holiday you are looking for there are many advantages of all inclusive hotels…
Advantages of All Inclusive Hotels
- Good Facilities
All inclusive hotels have a wide range of facilities that guests can benefit from. Most of these are included in the package such as:
- Swimming Pools
- Gym
- Spa
- Non-motorised Watersports
- Library
- Restaurants
- Bars
- Table Tennis
- Pool Tables

2. Food and Drink is Included
Food and drink is included in the price, with the exception of fine wines and a few menu choices, where a supplement may be charged. You will usually find an extensive self-serve buffet offering local and International dishes. In addition, the resort may have several other restaurants serving different cuisines.

3. Helps you to Budget

Food and drink can be quite costly when you go overseas. If you go to a new destination, it is difficult to know how much spending money to take, especially if you are eating 3 meals a day and are unsure of the cost of food and drinks. By staying at an All Inclusive resort, you don’t have to worry about overspending.
4. Non-Motorised Watersports are Included
Paying for watersports can be costly and risky to try if you are unsure whether you will enjoy it! The advantage of non-motorised watersports being included in the price is that it allows you to try a few new things without paying extra for it. For example, a popular, non-motorised watersport available in a lot of all inclusive hotels, is paddle boarding. If you try it and like it, great! You can then hire a board daily without incurring extra costs. If you don’t like it, you haven’t wasted your money and can try something else instead!

5. Entertainment Included
Many all inclusive resorts have organised entertainment programs taking place during the day and evening, at least a few days a week. This may include activities such as an early morning walk, yoga class, cookery lesson, water volleyball, live bands and shows. These are all included in the price and you can take part in as little or many as you like. When travelling solo it is good to have entertainment to watch at night time too.

6. Familiarity
Seeing the familiar faces of guests and staff settles you into your temporary environment. This can also help prevent feelings of loneliness when you are travelling alone.
7. Restful
You really have the ability to put your feet up and relax without venturing off resort at all. They are great ‘get away from it all’ places.

8. Good Locations
All inclusive resorts are usually located on an idyllic waterfront/beachfront setting. You may be lucky enough to watch the sunrise or sunset from your beach too.

9. All Inclusive Hotels are great if you are new to Solo Travel
If you are new to solo travel and about to embark on your first overseas holiday to a new destination, you will no doubt be a little anxious about it. Staying somewhere that you do not have to go off resort can take away some of the initial stress. After all, going away solo for the first time is a big step in itself and there will be plenty to keep you occupied in an all inclusive hotel.
